🔥 FIRST RECIPE:
Sweet Heat Glazed Chicken Bites
Crispy. Sticky. Sweet up front… savage on the finish.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- Salt + black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Pretty Vicious Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, if you want to push it)
Let’s Get Into It:
- Season & Dredge
Season your chicken with salt and pepper.
Set up a dredging station: flour/cornstarch mix → egg → back into flour. - Fry Until Golden
Heat oil to 350°F and fry until crispy and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes).
Pull and drain. - Build the Glaze
In a pan, combine your Pretty Vicious Sweet Heat BBQ, honey, vinegar, and chili flakes.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened. - Toss & Coat
Drop the chicken into the sauce and toss until every piece is dripping in that sticky, dangerous glaze.
Finish Like a Chef:
Plate it up and hit it with:
- Sliced green onions
- Toasted sesame seeds
- A squeeze of lime (trust me on this)
